Vágner Benazzi de Andrade, known as Vágner Benazzi (Bauru, July 17, 1954), was a footballer and is currently manager.

He is known for being able to ascend to upper division teams, having achieved that feat 12 times in various lower division teams in the Campeonato Paulista and in the Série A. As Luiz Carlos Ferreira, is known as the "King of Hits." Got a dozen hits of divisions by the clubs he has visited.
He began his coaching career at Grêmio Sãocarlense of São Carlos in Brazil, and got his first title as coach, and champion.
Benazzi commanded the club from Santa Catarina in 2006, when the club won the qualifying tournament to the 2007 Copa do Brasil, earning the right to compete in the national competition.
On October 9, 2010, Benazzi was announced again as coach of Avaí. Took over the club in the final of Copa Sudamericana and the thirtieth round of the Série A.[1][2]
Vágner Benazzi commanded the club during some games of the Campeonato Catarinense, but on February 14, 2011 he was fired by the club.[3]
